The day arrived for me to start my adventure. I woke up early with a million butterflies in my tummy. My friends Nina and Lise drove me to Helsingør and waved goodbye. Arriving in Helsingborg, 27 cannon shots were fired from Kronborg castle in honour of my departure. Or maybe they were for Queen Margrethe’s birthday? Who knows….
The sun was high in the sky all day, as I had wished for day one, and it was a great pleasure to walk up the coast to my friend Lennart. A soft start and a lovely evening together. Thank you Lennart. Tomorrow I’m starting for real deal.
